Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Durgapur (Badnera) working in the district of Amravati for the upliftment of socio-economic status of farmers, rural youths and school dropouts by conducting various short duration as well as long duration training courses. KVK has introduced various low cost technology in the field of agriculture to raise income of farming by conducting various programes on farm testing and other demonstrations on the farmers field. KVK has been awarded by Govt. of Maharashtra for rendering its best services to the farmers of the district from various line departments. Also this centre has been nominated as a technical training centre by various line department to brush up their extension functionaries technical knowhow.
